Rise In launched the first developer outreach and training program for Stellar in Feb 2024 and since then we’re partnering together in Turkey, India, Vietnam and Indonesia.

We started with launching a Stellar course, and then started helping devs build projects with IRL workshops, hackathons and builder residencies from Delhi to Vietnam to the Himalayas! One of our devs traveled to the U.S. and ranked 2nd at Stellar’s Consensus Hackathon!

Aptos

Rise In launched a training program to train our Indian community in Aptos. This ongoing program has received over 1,200 developers, resulting in more than 250 projects. Additionally, a new Build on Aptos course is now live for anyone around the world to access. The course already has 1,400+ registered users with a 4.64 out of 5 rating.

In just three months, we have done 2 hackathons & 15+ events, empowering developers with hands-on experience in building on Aptos.

Scroll

Rise In launched the Scroll developer training program in Turkey with impressive results. The program received over 1200 developers to the Scroll ecosystem. During this process, more than 40 projects were built. Additionally, a new "Build on Scroll" course was created, which has achieved a rating of 4.8 out of 5.

Among the projects that emerged from this bootcamp, one particularly notable project brought over $2 million in TVL to Scroll. This success demonstrates the effectiveness of the program and the potential of the Turkish Scroll developers in our community. The developer training and community building efforts continue to strengthen Scroll's presence in Turkey and accelerate the adoption of blockchain technology.

We started a Solana bootcamp in Türkiye in Sep 2022. Then we helped the Hacker House Istanbul and launched Superteam Türkiye to build the best Solana builder community in the country!

At Superteam Türkiye, we help talent across Türkiye learn, earn and build on Solana. From bootcamps to courses to local content and exclusive events, we helped our community generate $200,000+ income in the Solana ecosystem and even helped startups from Türkiye raise $4M+!

We launched our first Open Campus Technical Content Creator bootcamp in March 2024, attracting 1,700+ talent around the world! We continue to build a talent community for Open Campus and EDU Chain with new programs.

Our work with ICP started in May 2023 with a bootcamp for female developers in Türkiye. Then we expanded the program in 2024 with the goal of onboarding 1,000+ developers to ICP!

In the first half of 2024, we have seen 3,500+ talented people across Türkiye registering for our ICP course, bootcamps, and events. This talent already developed 470 projects and deployed successful MVPs on chain.

Since May 2025, Rise In has activated the Stacks ecosystem across Turkey, India, Vietnam, and Indonesia - running 22 activations, including 2 hackathons and a standout builder residency in Goa!

The initiatives reached 1.2M+ impressions, onboarded 2,500 devs, and built a base of 650+ active and 100+ retained builders. Participants across these activations became a key pipeline for the ecosystem, with many progressing to Ecosystem Programs, continuing to build and contribute within the Stacks community.
