• Firstly, you will explain what is the purpose of this dApp and how it will work?
• Next, you will consider two scenarios. In the first scenario, you will be using Scroll as the blockchain for the dApp. In the second scenario, you will use Ethereum.
• Compare each scenario, what are the advantages and disadvantages of each one.
• Finally, explain which one you would pick for your use case and why.
